OUR MISSION
Welcome to San Diego Last Chance Ranch, a non-profit animal rescue organization. Our mission is to find loving homes for animals of all species from around the world while educating the public on responsible pet ownership. We rely on the support of our volunteers and donors to provide essential services to pets in need, and we collaborate with similar organizations to make a greater impact. There is currently no adoption fees for our rescues but donations are always welcome. Thank you for visiting and supporting our cause!

Trixie is a year old, and is a sweet, timid cat who will bond with the right human. She likes to sit next to you and touch you with one paw or lean against your legs for attention. She came with a crushed paw which has healed, and asthma. She has adjusted to dogs and prefers adults. She likes butt scratches and neck scratches.
Lovey a 1 year old who has healed from trauma and abuse in the shelter and is still a little emotionally scarred. She is super sweet and scared until she gets to know you. But she lets me pet her, and she likes kittens.
Matrix is 1 year old and feral. She has suffered human abuse in the shelter. She has healed and is still rejecting any form of touch. She is not currently up for adoption until she gets spayed. I am sure given time and patience she will come around but usually it takes a year or two.
This is Grandpa he is about 4 years old and likes attention. He belongs to another rescue and we are advertising him for them. He has an adoption fee of $150
​Meany is 6 months old and is looking for a patient family that she can trust. She is sweet and it would be best if she had a kitty friend in her new home to boost her confidence. If there is no kitty in the home then she will need to be adopted out with another kitty friend.
Fluff Ball is 6 months old and nervous when you first meet him. He was caught in the streets of Hemet. He likes to play with other cats and will cuddle for a min or two. He would like a cat friend when he gets adopted.
Splotch is 6 months old and was found with Fluff Ball in Hemet. He is very playful and loves her brother. He is cuddly and playful. He gets the zoomies and runs up and down the stairs.
Katarina is a kitten from another rescue that we are helping promote. She is sweet and gorgeous. Her adoption fee is $200.
Honey is a kitten from another rescue that we are helping promote. She is sweet and gorgeous. Her adoption fee is $200.
This is Willow a cat from another rescue that we are helping promote. He is sweet and craves attention. His adoption fee is $200.
Smokey is about 6 months and born feral however, he is doing great now. He likes cuddle time and attention as well as play time.
​Tuck is a sweet super playful little 5 month old. She gets the zoomies and is super fast. She would like a cat friend in her new forever home. She was born with a congenital eye issue so she has diminished vision in one eye, but that doesn't stop her from running around like a crazy kitten. She does like to sleep on the bed.
Archer is about 7 months old, found in Indiana with no eyeballs. He is bobtailed, loves a good butt scratch, & likes rough house with other cats. He needs a consistent environment no furniture moving & no children. Loud noises scare him. He is incredibly sweet.
Bengal is about 6 months old. She is playful and cuddly. Ideally she would like to have another cat to be friends with at her new home.
Soot is about 5 months old and born feral. We are not able to handle the cat so we don't know sex. This cat needs an experienced patience adult to work with it to gain trust and calm the cat.
Spunky is about 5 months old born feral and is now super cuddly with humans. She likes to sleep with you and snuggle. She also likes to play with her kitten friends.
Wizard is a 5 month old tortoise shell beautiful kitten. She was born feral and still has a bit of a wild child in her. She is bonded with Soot so we would like the two of them to go together. They both need additional socialization and would love a home that they can play and run around in. She will let you pet her but isn't big on cuddles yet.
This is Minnie she is about 8 months old and was found on the side of the 405 freeway in LA. She would like a home with no other cats but coexists with them just fine. She just doesn't like to play with them. She belongs to another rescue we are just advertising her for them. Her adoption fee is $150.
